Submission Guidelines

Paper Categories 

Full Research Papers:

  • Original, completed research with significant findings (Research Articles, Case Studies, Policy Reviews) 
  • Recommended structure: Abstract, Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion 
  • Length: up to 8,000 words 

Short Papers / Work-in-Progress:

  • Presenting emerging ideas, preliminary results, or research in progress 
  • Length: 2,000–4,000 words 

Poster Presentations:

  • Visual presentations of research findings or ongoing projects 
  • Abstract required: up to 1,000 words 

Formatting Requirements 

  • All submissions must be in English. 
  • Manuscripts should follow the conference template (available at https://oic.vinuni.edu.vn/). 
  • File format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF. 
  • Font: Times New Roman or Arial, 12pt, double-spaced. 
  • All figures and tables must be numbered and captioned. 
  • References must follow APA 7th edition. 
  • Submissions must be original and must not be under review elsewhere. 

Abstract Submission 

All submissions begin with an abstract (300–500 words) via the online submission portal at oic.vinuni.edu.vn. The abstract must include: (1) research objective, (2) methodology, (3) key findings or expected contributions, and (4) relevance to the selected thematic track. 

Review Process 

All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by the Scientific Committee, comprising members from top-100 universities globally. Reviewers assess submissions on originality, scientific rigor, relevance to the conference theme, and quality of presentation. Authors will receive written feedback from reviewers.
