OVERVIEW
We are thrilled to announce the Open Innovation Conference 2024, an international forum dedicated to driving sustainable innovation. This year’s theme, “Innovation for a Green Future,” emphasizes the pivotal role of innovation in achieving environmental sustainability. We invite scholars, industry leaders, and policymakers to submit their groundbreaking research and join us in shaping a greener, more resilient future.

- Full Paper Notification of Acceptance: 11 November 2024

Submission Guidelines
To ensure a high-quality conference, we invite submissions of original, unpublished work. Detailed submission guidelines, including format and length, can be found on our submission guidelines page. All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process.
Types of Submissions
The conference proceedings accept the following types of articles:
- Research Articles, Case Studies, Policy Reviews: Up to 8,000 words (including references and appendices)
- Posters: Up to 1,000 words (including references and appendices)
The conference runs two publication tracks, authors may submit to either:
- Conference Track: for which the proceedings will be published as a volume of the Proceedings of International Conference on Open Innovation with ISBN.
- Journal Track: for which accepted papers will appear in a special issue of a prestigious journal.
Topics of Interest
We welcome contributions addressing, but not limited to, the following areas:
- Institutional Environment & Government Policies: How do innovation and green policies drive socio-economic development, and what are the primary barriers and enablers affecting their implementation within the private sector and academia?
- People & Education: How can training, reskilling, and upskilling initiatives, coupled with green innovation in K-12 and higher education, effectively foster a green lifestyle and sustainable consumption among individuals and communities?
- Technology & Businesses: How can advancements in technology and strategic business practices drive the transition to sustainable development, focusing on carbon markets, environmental monitoring, smart cities, AI-powered material discovery, and sector-specific green transformations?
- Healthcare & Well-being: How can green innovations in healthcare, including predictive, preventive, personalized, and participatory (4P) approaches, improve patient outcomes and community health while addressing the environmental health challenges?
